How we protect your data
Your data is kept on your device. RowTally does not upload your projects or row counts to any external server.
Local storage
All your projects and counters are stored locally using Core Data on your iPhone. We don't sync or upload your knitting data, which also means projects don't transfer between devices.
What we do measure
The app sends anonymous product analytics to PostHog, hosted in the EU: app opens, screen views, and events such as a project being created, a row being incremented, session durations and purchases. Session replay is also enabled, capturing periodic screenshots with text input fields and images masked. There is no account, so none of it is tied to your identity. We don't track your location and we don't sell data to anyone — see the privacy policy for the full picture.
